Trust Deso
Trust Deso is a 21-day cycle oral contraceptive pill containing (Desogestrel 0.15 mg and Ethinylestradiol 0.02 mg). In addition to pregnancy prevention, Trust Deso can reduce heavy menstrual bleeding (menor rhagia) and painful menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea).

Trust Deso works by inhibiting the follicle-stimulating hormone which leads the mode of action also results in a thinning of the endometrial lining of the uterus thus making periods lighter, shorter and less painful.
1 tablet should be taken orally at the same time every day or at least within the same 12 hour window for 21 days beginning from day 1 of menstrual cycle (rst bleed day of period) followed by a 7 day break. Commencing the next pack after the 7 day break or as otherwise directed by a healthcare provider.
