Janani Family Care Pvt. Ltd (JFC) works via carefully selected manufacturers and market our own private range of contraceptive options available through the retail, pharmacy and clinic outlets across India.

Our procurement and supply chain team complete robust due diligence prior to supplier engagement ensuring optimal quality standards, reviewing internal procedures, completing in person site visits, facility audits and external validations and product sample testing. Through honest and transparent communication, we build long term collaborations. We are working hard to reduce our environmental impact and aim to reduce carbons emissions through review of transportation needs and methods, sourcing products with integrity and creating innovative more conscious product choices.

Our field teams support in the last mile ensuring supply chain reliability but we also complete regular in person and remote training of our colleagues to better equip them and activate the cascade of knowledge, upskilling the outlets through the provision of valuable resources and sharing of product related knowledge and market trends. We genuinely care about our end users and strive to be part of the behaviour change towards improved sexual health and individual family planning decisions.

For complete consumer reassurance we provide access to a call centre support function providing product advice to help with decision making for family planning and personal contraceptive preference. This function also importantly serves as a reporting point for any product related queries around efficacy and availability and enables rapid activation of any market or supply chain communications as an outcome of consumer feedback. We value the feedback from our customers and build this into not only evolution and adaptation but product innovations to better serve the needs of the market.
